Apple Head Day 1

Today we started a new project where we take some like an apple or potato  cut it out from the back ground, then we find a persons head (they have to be either talking or yelling) and then we need to move the head onto the apple, potato  etc to try and give it a face. I've gotten up the part where i'm supposed to create a duplicate of the face then change the hue/saturation to get the face onto the apple. But I cant find where to type in what i want the hue/saturation to be. So i'm ending here for today then gonna wait till next class, find out where i put the number, and hopefully finish up.
